Shinrin-Yoku

Shinrin-Yoku, or forest bathing, is a Japanese research-based healing practice that uses forest immersion to promote health and wellness. In a figurative sense, it means absorbing and enjoying the forest atmosphere by placing oneself in direct relationship to it via the senses.

In this program offering you will learn how to bring the time that you spend in nature to a place of cleansing, inspiration, meditation, rest, and sanctuary. You will also learn the approaches, mindsets, and warmups that will allow you to discover your “home” and “fountain of life” in the wilds.

Participants who complete this program often find that they let go of so much resistance and stress during our time together that they walkaway with a new-found sense of freedom and energy.
